Wonderful Willa

Just last week I had the pleasure of capturing one of the areas most adorable little girls, meet Willa. She was sweet, chubby, sleepy and oh so good for me. Not to mention that her absolutely beautiful mama is a super talented photographer (no stress for me geeze). The same super talented photographer that captured my own little ones just a few months back.  But really it was a joy to capture the whole family. Their home was lovely, and miss Willa was perfect for me. Ok Daddy may disagree as he got soiled on at one point, but we all had a good laugh. I am so happy to share these images, and yes there are many. This post is going to be a LONG one. Hope you are comfy 🙂

On to the images!

Christy and Kirk thanks for being up for all my crazy ideas! It was a pleasure capturing your family, and little lady. I hope you are all settling in well, and loving these early days. I really treasure the images you created of my little ones, and hope you have enjoyed these as much. I have SO MANY more to show you all.

Perfectly Perfect Phoenix

How can I explain to you how much I love and adore this family? Well it all started a few years back when I met Evan & Devin for wine, cheese and wedding planning. I think our first meeting was what, 2 hours long? We all totally hit it off, and I knew I NEEDED to be their photographer. Lucky for me the duo hired me to shoot their engagement session and big day. The whole thing was a whirl wind of fun. So when last year Evan told me they would need to hire me again for a maternity & newborn session I was thrilled. You can see their baby bump session here. I am not going to lie, while I loved the bump session, I was super excited to meet the little lady.

The day arrived, and miss Phoenix did not disappoint. She was sweet, sleepy and endlessly cute. The little family melts me, and makes me happy every time I point my big camera at them.

Enjoy the sneak peek, it is a LONGGGGG one!

Evan & Devin I am so crazy happy for you two. Your little lady is divine! I have loved photographing you two, and can not wait to see her grow this year and beyond. You three melt my heart and make me so happy. 🙂 I hope you have enjoyed your sneak peek. I will have the rest up very soon. For now, you know what comes next right? It’s blog challenge time! If you can get 30 people to post a comment on this little post, I will throw in a darling brag book on the house. So leave some love people! I know you want to. 🙂

Loveable Liam…

yay for baby booms! Are you ready for yet another adorable sweet baby boy?

This little guy was just adorable. I knew he would be super cute knowing his sweet and kind parents, but really, he was SO good for me. I originally met Trisha & Michael through mutual friends a couple of years ago. One of the very first conversations I had with Trisha was about photographing newborn babies. She talked about her future baby, and how she would have me photograph him or her someday. It was all in theory of course. I remember thinking she and Michael would have an adorable baby! Well just last week the day came and they had me over to capture their sweet little man. They were all so great, and he was so good for me it was a great time!

Here are a few of my many, many favorites of our time together.

Tricia and Michael thanks again for having me into your home, and being up for anything. I had a great time hanging out with all of you again, and capturing your beautiful family. I will have the whole set done for you very soon! For now I would love to offer you a little blog challenge. If you can get 30 people to comment on this blog post I will throw in a set of little brag books on the house. 🙂 SO leave some love people!

smiling boys and endless cute…

Oh my what can I say about the uber cute, well behaved and endlessly sweet Zogas boys. Really, I love this family. Lindsay and I met a few years back through mutual friends in the wedding industry. Since then I have had the pleasure of capturing her beautiful paper, invitation and creative design work on several shoots & weddings. When she asked me about doing newborn photos for her second son I jumped at the chance. Turns out Lindsay not only created beautiful paper & design work, she also created adorably sweet baby boys. Both little & big brothers were wonderful to point a camera at.

Here are a few of my favorites so far…

Lindsay & John thanks again for having me into your home to capture your boys. I can’t wait to get ALL of you infront of the camera this spring or summer. 🙂 I will have the whole set done very soon!

For now I am going to say thank you, unplug & head to the Oregon Coast with friends and family for a few days off. If you need me I will be back to get things going with new energy in 2013!(Thursday Jan 3rd to be more specific)

Here are a few of the many, many, many images I captured in 2012 that still make me smile…
