Puppy Love

Sarah & Nick have been on the blog a few times before. First with their fun engagement photos, and then their incredibly beautiful wedding not too long ago. These two are always fun in front of the camera, so when they asked me to do a mini session with their sweet puppies I jumped at the chance. These two dogs are incredibly loved and cherished. Big puppies, big hearts all around. 🙂

Here are a few from our session.

Sarah & Nick thanks yet again for meeting me out on a cold windy day! I had a great time meeting your (big!) babies. I just adore all of you. 🙂 I will have the whole set soon!

it’s called shnoogle face

Dana & Johnny are shnoogleicouse, what never heard of shnoogleing? Yeah it is a word they made up, and I LOVE it. I plan to work it into my every day life. 🙂

All made up words aside Dana & Johnny are adorable, funny, smart, and wonderful to spend a blustery spring day with. We had a great time hiking around Chamogne State park, giggling about shnoogle faces, and talking about their wedding just a few short months away.

Here are a few of my favorites from the session:

this by the way is shnoogle face, FYI

It was a crazy windy day, but these two kept each other warm. undefined

The trees at Champogne are so beautiful, I am so glad these two made the trek out for me. undefined

ahhh, they are so cute. undefinedundefined

We also made the very muddy trek down to the river. I know Dana wanted to get some shots by the water. undefined

we also found some great stone work at an old memorial. Perfect to put a cute couple in-front of. undefined

Have I mentioned how cute these two are? undefined

and one last shot of our happy couple.

Dana & Johnny, it was great working with the two of you! I wish you nothing but joy on your wedding day and in life. It was my pleasure to capture a little bit of love with my camera. 🙂 As all new clients I would love to throw down a blog challenge for you! If you can get 30 people to comment on this blog post, I will throw in an 11×14 print on the house! So leave some love people.

Sarah & Nick Rock

I am not going to lie, I kind of thought this blog post would never happen. This particular engagement session has been planned, canceled and rescheduled I think about a million times. It kind of became a running joke between us all. When the day finally came with no illness, conflicts and decent weather I think we all did a little happy dance. I had a great time running around the cute little city of Forest Grove with these two.

Here are a few of my favorites from the day:

These two are super adorable together. 🙂

Sarah, for real you have the best smile evah.

🙂

We started at McMinnamin’s Grand Lodge, one of my favorite spots.

We even lucked into some fall colors pretty late in the season. Gah the cuteness. 🙂

After running all around the Grand Lodge we skipped on over to the Pacific University Campus. Well they skipped, as you can see here lol. Nice air Nick!

Pacific had some killer buildings, I particularly loved the Art door here.  Oh also have I mentioned how awesome Sarah’s coat was?! Girl if you ever need to get rid of it I’ve got dibs!

Ginkgo leaves for good luck!

and one last set. We took these outside the famous Maggie’s Buns It’s super rad that Sarah helped paint this wall too right!

Sarah & Nick thanks for having me out to your home town. I had a great time running around with you two. I hope you like your sneak peek, I will have the whole gallery done very soon. As new clients I would love to throw down a blog challenge for you. If you can get 30 people to comment on this little blog post, I will throw in a beautiful 11×14 on the house! SO leave some love people!

Kayla & Jason the reception

Kayla & Jason are great people. They are sweet, kind, funny, caring, and they know how to throw a great party. I have seen these two go through a rough year, but been honored to be there to capture some really good times too. It was my honor to capture their sweet court-house wedding this spring, and now I can not wait to share with you their super fun swanky downtown reception.  We had a great time from the getting ready bits, beer at the always rad Bridgeport Brewpub,  to running in and out of the crazy October rain. All in all it was a great event.

Here are a few of my favorites:

Kayla & Jason it has been wonderful getting to know you both. I had a great time with you two, and your whole families. I hope you enjoy the sneak peek, I will have the whole gallery done very soon!
