Jessica + Phil = Love

Jessica and Phil are my kind of people. While talking about their engagement session they wanted to showcase their love of books, urban buildings and the Portland city riverfront. We happened to meet on a particularly warm morning, but had a great time talking about their wedding planning, how they met, and the stories in-between. It was a great morning, here are few of my favorites so far…

Beer, Ice-cream & love…

What can I say to explain how awesome Marissa & Tyler are? They are witty, and funny and kind. They have great taste in beverages and desserts, and oh they are super in love and a treat to point my camera at. I had so much fin with these two tromping around NW, laughing, and talking weddings & wine. For real, these guys were fun.

skye + ben = love

Skye & Ben are hardcore. While planning their engagement session they were all about trekking outside in the rain and surly Oregon spring weather. Luckily we only ran into a few drops, but still I was impressed! We started in SE Portland with a delicious beer and some colorful murals before heading down to the waterfront. I really enjoyed getting to know these two in person (not just skype!) and hearing all about their big day. It is coming up soon!

Brian + May = Love

Where has 2013 gone? I feel like we just had new years, and now we are fully into spring and almost into summer. I love spring and engagement sessions in the spring especially. Something about spring just seems fitting for an engagement session. Just recently I headed down to Salem to meet up with Brian & May. These two met and fell in love while at School at Willamette University, so we shot there and in the surrounding neighborhoods. It was great to get to know these two further, and hear some of their stories of campus life. We had so much fun!
