I am going to be honest here folks, it was way too hard to choose what images to include in this sneak peek. Really truly had such a wonderful time at Catherine and Ken’s wedding I do not know where to begin. You might remember the happy couple from their engagement session not too long ago. Catherine and Ken are two of the most kind and genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Their wedding was a true reflection of their two families coming together. Every little detail was beautiful, and everyone involved made me feel like one of the family. I can not possibly squeeze all of my favorites so far into one little peek. So this will be the first of 2 peeks for the wonderful couple and family.
Here are a few of my favs so far from the first part of the big day:
The girl’s got ready at the Maiden of honor’s house. Super cute place with this amazing view of the perfect red barn. Ahh how I love the dress and ring shots!
Catherine brought two lovely ladies to do the bridal party’s hair, and man did they do a great job. I have to say Catherine looked like a real life princess once the tiara went in. 🙂
The Bride’s neice served as the candle lighter, man she and her friend had some rad shoes, I just had to snap one of them.
Catherine and Ken choose to take the bulk of their photos prior to the wedding so they could go straight to thier reception. (a wise choice hint hint hint) To capture that magic moment of the groom seeing his bride for the first time we set up a little “first look” setting down near the church. I LOVE doing there. Getting the groom’s reaction is so special.
Here is Ken waiting for his beautiful bride.
And *the* moment. I am a big dork I still get giddy for them looking at these.
They were so darn cute, I dare you not to smile back!
Mr & Mrs, shoes that is. I am not sure what it is with me and shoes in this post! I can not help it they are so cute.
The happy couple. 🙂
Catherine & Ken, I had a fantastic time with the two of you and your awesome families & friends. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day. I wish you all the happiness in the world together. I will have another peek for you soon, we have not even gotten to the ceremony or reception yet! And then of course the full gallery. Friends and family reading this please do leave a comment below so I can track your contact info and let you know when the whole gallery is ready.

Wow…I can only say BEAUTIFUL!!! Beautiful setting, beautiful dress, but really…what a beautiful couple.
EM!!!!!
Thank you sooooo much for capturing our moments. I will never forget the moment my husband saw me for the first time. Even though you were there, you really weren’t. That moment was so spectacular for me, not only because it was private—but it was intimate and unforgetable. I am so glad we chose to do it that way and would highly recommend it to any bride and groom. Thanks for everything–the sneak to the sneak peek looks great.
The pictures so far are really cute, Ken and Catherine look so happy. The shoe pictures are great. Can’t wait to see more of the pictures. It was a really nice wedding and happy day.
