Last weekend I was lucky enough to get the chance to hang out with the adorable D family. These folks found me through some mutual friend’s beautiful belly and new baby and contacted me for their own session. I am so glad they did, their little one has one of the most adorable smiles I have ever had the pleasure of photographing.
Just look at her, I dare you not to smile back!
The whole family so so great, you can tell this little one is very loved.
Her eyes are also beautiful, I have a feeling this one is just going to get more and more stunning.
We had a great time stomping around the Pearl District, such great textures there. I am pretty sure this is a garage door, but only the Pearl District would have one this cool.
and this one I had to include, because it completely cracks me up. I think this was a mid giggle bubble blow, what ever daddy was doing it was highly entertaining.
A & K I had a blast hanging out with you. Thanks for braving the up and down Oregon weather to make this work. I am really glad we finally did it! Their are so many more I am excited to show you. Because you guys found me through a challenge I did for the H family I would love to do it for you. If you can get 25 people to comment on this blog post I will throw in a leather wallet album filled with images from our session. Perfect for taking a certain little smiley baby with you where ever you go.
Enjoy your weekend!

I never thought a pic of a baby so close-up could be so adorable. A whole new perspective on photograghy. Although, I imagine it may be becuase the Addy as the subject is just so fantastic. Great shots. Glad I dont have to choose which ones.
OMG…what a beautiful little girl! I can’t believe how big she has gotten! I really love the family pic infront of the garage door and the “bubble” picture!
Oh my, I love the bubble picture…..she is such a cutie! And already learning to show her spunk! Go Addy!
The picture with Addy on the pink blanket is too precious for words! I love the family pictures too.
Miss Addison – the smile, the eyes, the bubbles. Loved every picture. Plus, great family shots that I am sure will be treasured for years to come. Twenty years from now, Addy may roll her eyes at the bubble shots but she will love the pictures with her mom and dad.
I love Addy’s beautiful blue eyes in the close up! The pictures are fantastic. Undoubtedly because the family is so darn good looking. Amy, Lois will have a fit if you quit your day job to start modeling. : )
The pics look really good. Addy looks adorable! What an all-american family.
Keith and I are fairly known photo-phobes,so it is pretty amazing to us that 1) we have a daughter who loves to ham it up camera, and 2) that we had so much fun having Emily take our picture. Thanks Emily for the experience & thank you all who are helping us with Emily’s challenge.
Dione: I think we all know who the real model in the family is……Keith ;0)
Thanks, for sharing your photo’s with us. Your daughter is so beautiful! I particularly love the photo where she is laying down, with her head held up high and those eyes that just say “DID I DO THAT!!!”.
I love the B&W pictures, what a happy family. Addy drools just like her mom.
These are wonderful pictures! What a beautiful family you guys are!
What amazing photos of such a beautiful family!
Very nice and rich technique; Amy and Addy come out beautifully. I especially appreciate you capturing Keith’s incipient bald spot in the fourth photo down.
Adorable! Cute enough to be the phony pictures that come with pictures frames. Thank you for sharing!
Love the pics! The bubble one is the best. It would make anyone smile. Just a very lovely family.
What a heartbreaker! She’s gonna have Willie Fitz running around in circles in a few years, never mind she’ll be an “older woman” (OK, sure only by 7 weeks, but still)!
Great pictures my friend, what a happy family you guys are
What a beautiful family. I love the one with Addy on the blanket – she is precious.
Hey now…no bald spot here! Going gray maybe…
How cute are you guys!
Great photos, thanks for sharing. Addy is so adorable, and of course her parents aren’t too bad either! I love the one of Addy on the pink blanket with the stark concrete background – but they are all wonderful. Can’t wait to see more.
Wonderful pictures!!!!! The whole family looks great!! Addison is such a ham already!!! Thanks so much for sharing.
All of the pictures are so cute, but the best one is Addy in Pink. Thank you for sharing.
All the photos are great and I really like the last one. Also a big fan of black and white. Addy is soooo cute!!!
AWWW – cuteness overload!! 🙂 Beautiful photos!
Oh My GOSH! She is so Yummy!
Addy has grown so much since we last met. Her eyes are captivating; my favorite is the bubble pic. What a great idea for family photos to be taken outdoors in our locale. Thanks for sharing!
Emily you have captured my beautiful family perfectly. Addy is such a personality and it jumps out at you in these photos. Thank you for your wonderful talent
The pictures capture what a beautiful child Addy is. Her beautiful blue eyes, adoring smile and other facial expressions. Mommy and Daddy are great, too.
Oh! love them all especially the bubble one!
Perfect baby pics! Love love the first one, and the family shot. Beautiful family.
